Ayahuasca Retreats in the United States
Pachamama Sanctuary has been holding ayahuasca ceremonies in the United States since 2019. Located in the forests of Maine and in the heart of Central Florida.
Our retreats are weekend immersions with two ceremonies, two nights, and the full presence of a team that has walked this path for decades. We hold this work as sacred practice, not as a service, not as a trend.

What is Pachamama Sanctuary?
Pachamama Sanctuary is a federally recognized religious church and ceremonial community offering ayahuasca retreats at two locations in the United States: our original forest sanctuary in Casco, Maine, and our new location in Orlando, Florida.
Since 2019, we have guided more than a thousand participants through weekend retreats rooted in Amazonian Indigenous tradition. Our ceremonies are led by facilitators trained in lineages that have worked with this medicine for generations not practitioners who arrived at this path last year, but people whose lives have been shaped by it.

Two sanctuaries. Find the one that calls to you.
Maine — Casco Forest Sanctuary
Our original home. 40 minutes northwest of Portland.
Nested in the birch and pine forests of Casco, Maine, our founding sanctuary has held ceremonies since 2019. Weekend retreats run year-round in a setting where the land itself becomes part of the container. The forest, the quiet, the long evenings hold you as much as we do.
Orlando — Central Florida Sanctuary
Open since early 2026. 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Our Orlando sanctuary brings Pachamama’s work to the Southeast — accessible to participants from across Florida and the broader region. A private, secluded space designed with the same care and ceremonial integrity as our Maine home.

What Happens at a Pachamama Retreat
Preparation starts weeks before arrival. Every participant completes a medical and psychological intake, receives our dieta guidelines, and is welcomed into a pre-retreat orientation. We don’t ask you to arrive ready, we help you get ready.
The weekend itself opens on Friday evening with a shared meal and orientation circle. The first ceremony takes place that night, held in a space prepared for the work: music, candlelight, ceremonial mattresses, and a facilitation team whose only job is to hold the space for your journey.
Saturday is for integration between ceremonies breathwork, rest, shared meals, quiet time, and the second ceremony that evening. Sunday morning is devoted to closing the container: group sharing, integration guidance, and a ceremony of gratitude before departure.
