Refund & Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please reach out to us at reservations@pachamamasanctuary.org as soon as possible so we can work with you to find the best solution.
Each retreat is carefully staffed to create a safe, supportive, and sacred space for all participants. Because of this, late cancellations can directly impact the experience and sustainability of the Sanctuary. Our policies exist to protect the container and the well-being of everyone involved.
We approach each situation with care and flexibility, honoring the circumstances of our participants while maintaining the integrity of the retreat space.
Cancellation Guidelines:
46+ days ahead
Full Refund
22 - 45 days ahead
You may receive a 50% refund, with the other 50% retained as credit toward a future retreat.
8-21 days ahead
Half of the retreat cost will be forfeited, with the remaining half held as credit for a future retreat.
7 days or less
We are unable to issue a refund, as preparations are already in place and the retreat is fully committed.
