Refund & Cancellation Policy

Life is unpredictable and sometimes unexpected circumstances do arise. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us directly at 603.451.8733 as soon as possible so that we may work with you for the best outcome.

Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the following conditions. You will have the opportunity to review again prior to agreeing with the terms during the registration process.

For cancellations 45 days ahead

If you choose to cancel your reservation 45 days before your scheduled weekend you will be issued a half refund and half retained as credit for a future retreat.

For cancellations 21 days ahead

If you choose to cancel your reservation 21 days before your scheduled weekend, half of the cost of the retreat will be forfeited, the other half will be kept as credit towards a future retreat.

For cancellations 7 days ahead

If you need to cancel within 7 days of the ceremony, we, unfortunately, will not be able to issue a full refund. The entire cost will be retained and no credit toward future retreats will apply.
