An Intimate Winter Ayahuasca Retreat in Maine
December 11–13, 2026 | $1,197 | 3 Days, 2 Nights | Maine (Near Portland)
An Intimate Gathering Limited to Just 16 Guests
There is something special about Maine in December.
The forests grow still, the air turns crisp, and the quiet of winter invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what matters most.
This December, we’re welcoming just 16 guests to Pachamama Sanctuary for a more intimate and personal retreat experience.
Nestled in the peaceful woodlands outside Portland, Maine, our Sanctuary offers a warm refuge from the demands of everyday life. Here, you’ll have three days to step away from the noise, settle into the stillness of the season, and share sacred space with a small circle of people who have come together with intention.
Unlike our larger gatherings, this retreat is intentionally limited to 16 participants, creating more opportunities for personal attention, meaningful conversations, and genuine connection. There’s something comforting about recognizing every face in the room, sharing meals together, and gradually building a sense of trust and familiarity throughout the weekend.
As evening falls, our ceremonies take place indoors beside the warmth of the fireplace. Outside, the winter forest rests in silence. Inside, the soft glow of the fire creates a cozy, grounding atmosphere where you can feel supported as you turn your attention inward.
Whether you’re seeking spiritual connection, a fresh perspective, personal renewal, or simply a chance to pause before the year comes to a close, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
Just 16 people. Two sacred ceremonies. Three days to reconnect with yourself in the quiet beauty of winter.
Your Retreat Includes
Two Sacred Ceremonies
At the heart of the weekend are two evening ayahuasca ceremonies, held with reverence, intention, and thoughtful care.
With only 16 guests, the ceremonial space feels especially intimate. The smaller gathering allows for a quieter atmosphere, more individualized attention from our support team, and the opportunity to move through your experience without the energy of a larger group.
Each ceremony offers space for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and meaningful insight, with no expectation to experience or achieve anything in particular.
You are simply invited to arrive with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to meet yourself wherever you are.
Comfortable Accommodations
Life becomes beautifully simple during retreat.
Each guest is provided with a comfortable memory foam mattress, pillow, and blanket for ceremony and overnight rest.
Guests seeking additional privacy may choose one of our semi-private shared rooms with bunk-style beds.
With fewer people sharing the Sanctuary, the atmosphere remains relaxed and personal, allowing everyone room to settle in, rest, and feel at home.
Nourishing Meals
Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully prepared meals that follow traditional dieta practices, offering simple nourishment throughout your retreat experience.
Meals are also an opportunity to connect. With only 16 guests, conversations unfold naturally, stories are shared, and the people who arrived as strangers may begin to feel like a familiar community.
Practices for Reflection & Integration
Ceremony is only one part of the experience.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll participate in practices that encourage presence, reflection, and connection, including:
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Group sharing circles
- Quiet time for journaling, reflection, or simply enjoying the peaceful winter surroundings
The smaller group creates space for more personal sharing circles, deeper conversations, and meaningful opportunities to connect with fellow guests.
And when you need time alone, the quiet rhythm of the Sanctuary offers room to rest and reflect without distraction.
Continued Community Support
Although the weekend comes to a close, your connection with Pachamama Sanctuary continues.
As part of our community, you’ll have unlimited access to our online Integration Circles, where guests gather to reflect, ask questions, and support one another as they bring insights from their experiences into everyday life.
A Smaller Circle, A More Personal Experience
There is a different kind of connection that happens when just 16 people gather with a shared intention.
The atmosphere feels quieter. Conversations become more personal. There’s more room to listen, to be heard, and to develop genuine connections with the people around you.
Rather than feeling like one person in a large gathering, you’ll have the opportunity to become part of a close-knit circle, sharing the weekend in an environment rooted in warmth, compassion, and mutual respect.
Our team is committed to creating a thoughtfully held space where each participant feels welcomed and supported.
Every guest completes a confidential health screening before attending, and we encourage everyone to approach the experience at their own pace, without pressure or expectations.
Our intention is to create a space that feels less like an event and more like coming together with a small community around the fire.
Is This Retreat Right for You?
This intimate winter gathering may be especially meaningful if you’re looking to:
- Experience sacred ceremony in a smaller, more personal setting
- Step away from the busyness and expectations of everyday life
- Reflect on the year behind you and reconnect with your intentions for the year ahead
- Explore your spiritual path with openness and curiosity
- Experience the peaceful stillness of winter in Maine
- Share meaningful moments with a close-knit, heart-centered community
Whether this is your first retreat or you’re returning to Pachamama, you’ll be welcomed with kindness, patience, and genuine care.
Reserve Your Place in the Circle
As the year draws to a close, winter offers a quiet invitation.
An invitation to slow down. To reflect on what you’ve carried throughout the year. To make space for what you’re ready to welcome into the next chapter.
With only 16 spaces available, our December 11–13 retreat offers a more intimate Pachamama experience, with fewer guests, a peaceful atmosphere, and more opportunities for personal connection.
If you’ve been longing for a moment to step away from the noise and spend a few meaningful days surrounded by warmth, nature, and community, we’d be honored to welcome you.
Come gather around the fire, embrace the stillness of winter, and give yourself permission to simply be.
Only 16 guests will share this experience. We invite you to be one of them.
