$947 | 3 Days, 2 Nights | Maine (Near Portland)

There is something about autumn in the Maine woods that naturally invites us inward.

The pace slows. The forest grows quieter. The changing season reminds us that growth often begins by letting go.

Join us for a three-day retreat at Pachamama Sanctuary, where you’ll be welcomed into a peaceful woodland sanctuary just outside Portland. Guided by our experienced Medicine Carrier, Arkawa, this retreat offers a grounded and intentional space to reconnect with yourself through sacred ceremony, reflection, and community.

Arkawa brings a calm, steady presence to his work, holding ceremony with humility, respect, and deep reverence for the traditions that guide it. Rather than rushing the process, he creates space for each person to move through their own experience in their own time.

As the evenings grow cooler, our ceremonies are held indoors around the warmth of the fireplace. The gentle glow of the fire, the stillness of the sanctuary, and the quiet of the surrounding forest create a comforting environment that naturally supports introspection and presence.

Whether you come seeking clarity, emotional healing, spiritual connection, or simply a pause from the noise of everyday life, you’ll be welcomed exactly where you are.

Your Retreat Includes

Two Sacred Ceremonies

The heart of the weekend is two evening ceremonies guided by Arkawa.

Each ceremony is approached with care, patience, and respect, offering space to listen deeply—to yourself, to the experience unfolding, and to the wisdom that often emerges in stillness.

Comfortable Accommodations

Our accommodations are intentionally simple, allowing your attention to remain on your retreat experience rather than everyday distractions.

Each guest receives a memory foam mattress, pillow, and blanket for ceremony and rest.

Semi-private shared rooms with bunk-style beds are also available for guests who prefer additional privacy.

Nourishing Meals

All meals are included and thoughtfully prepared in accordance with traditional dieta practices, helping support your body throughout the retreat.

Daily Practices for Preparation & Integration

Throughout the weekend you’ll also participate in practices that help you prepare for ceremony and integrate your experience, including:

• Breathwork

• Meditation

• Group sharing circles

• Quiet time for personal reflection

The rhythm of the retreat is intentionally spacious, allowing moments of silence and stillness to become part of the experience.

Ongoing Community Support

The retreat may conclude on Sunday, but your integration continues long afterward.

As part of the Pachamama Sanctuary community, you’ll have unlimited access to our online Integration Circles, where guests gather to reflect, share, and continue supporting one another.

A Safe and Respectful Environment

Every participant completes a confidential health screening before attending.

Our experienced team works together to create a respectful, compassionate environment where guests can feel supported throughout the weekend.

Small retreat groups allow space for genuine connection while preserving the intimacy of the experience.

Is This Retreat Right for You?

This retreat may be aligned if you’re longing to:

• Slow down and reconnect with yourself

• Explore personal healing and self-discovery

• Deepen your spiritual practice

• Spend intentional time immersed in nature

• Experience sacred ceremony within a respectful community

• Step away from the constant pace of everyday life

No previous experience is necessary.

Only a willingness to arrive with an open heart and a curious mind.

Reserve Your Space

Autumn reminds us that transformation doesn’t always happen through striving.

Sometimes it begins by becoming still enough to listen.

If you’ve been feeling that quiet invitation, we’d be honored to welcome you to Pachamama Sanctuary for this special weekend with Arkawa.

Come gather around the fire, reconnect with nature, and experience the support of a community walking this path together.
