$947 | 3 Days, 2 Nights | Maine (Near Portland)

Autumn asks us to do something that doesn’t always come naturally.

To slow down.

To become quiet.

To let go of what we’ve been carrying and make space for what wants to emerge.

Nestled in the forests just outside Portland, Pachamama Sanctuary offers a place where that invitation can be fully embraced. Over three days and two nights, you’ll step away from the constant movement of daily life and into a peaceful environment devoted to ceremony, reflection, and meaningful connection.

Guided by our experienced Medicine Carrier, Arkawa, this retreat is held with patience, humility, and deep respect for the traditions that shape this work. Rather than directing the experience, Arkawa creates space for each guest to move through their own process naturally, trusting that insight often arrives when we stop trying to force it.

As the autumn evenings grow cool, ceremonies are held indoors beside the warmth of the fireplace. Outside, the forest settles into silence. Inside, the glow of the fire creates an atmosphere of comfort and presence—a place where it becomes easier to listen, reflect, and simply be.

Whether you’re seeking a fresh perspective, a deeper connection with yourself, or time away from the demands of everyday life, you’ll be welcomed with openness and care.

Your Retreat Includes

Two Sacred Ceremonies

The heart of the weekend is two evening ceremonies guided by Arkawa.

Each ceremony is approached with reverence and thoughtful attention, offering space to slow down, turn inward, and discover what may be waiting beneath the surface of everyday life.

There is no expectation to have a particular experience—only an invitation to meet yourself honestly, wherever you are.

Comfortable Accommodations

Life at the sanctuary is intentionally simple.

Each guest is provided with a memory foam mattress, pillow, and blanket for ceremony and rest, creating a comfortable space to relax between ceremonies.

Guests who prefer additional privacy may choose one of our semi-private shared rooms with bunk-style beds.

Nourishing Meals

Meals are thoughtfully prepared in accordance with traditional dieta practices, providing simple, nourishing food that supports your retreat experience.

Practices for Reflection & Integration

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be invited into practices that encourage presence before and after ceremony, including:

• Breathwork

• Meditation

• Group sharing circles

• Quiet time to walk, journal, or simply enjoy the stillness of the forest

The rhythm of the retreat intentionally leaves room for silence, recognizing that some of the deepest moments of insight arise when nothing is being asked of you.

Continued Community Support

Although the weekend comes to a close, your relationship with the Pachamama community continues.

You’ll have unlimited access to our online Integration Circles, where guests gather to reflect, ask questions, and support one another as they continue integrating their experience into daily life.

A Thoughtfully Held Environment

Every participant completes a confidential health screening before attending.

Our experienced team is committed to creating an environment rooted in presence, compassion, and genuine care from your first application through your continued integration.

Because our retreats remain intentionally small, guests have space to feel known, supported, and connected throughout the weekend.

Is This Retreat Right for You?

This retreat may be calling you if you’re ready to:

• Slow the pace of everyday life

• Reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way

• Deepen your spiritual practice

• Spend intentional time surrounded by nature

• Experience sacred ceremony within a grounded community

• Create space for reflection, renewal, and personal growth

No previous experience is necessary.

Only a willingness to arrive with curiosity, openness, and a readiness to listen.

Reserve Your Space

The forest teaches us that every season has its purpose.

Autumn reminds us that releasing can be just as important as becoming.

If you’ve been feeling called to slow down, reconnect, and spend time in quiet reflection, we’d be honored to welcome you to Pachamama Sanctuary for this special weekend with Arkawa.

Come settle in beside the fire, embrace the stillness of the season, and discover what becomes possible when you give yourself the space to simply listen.
