A Sacred Gathering: An Intimate Ayahuasca Retreat with Arkawa in Maine
February 19–21, 2027 | $1,097 | 3 Days, 2 Nights | Casco, Maine (Near Portland)
Limited to Just 16 Guests
There is something special about sharing sacred space with a small circle of people.
When the gathering is intimate, conversations become more meaningful, connections grow naturally, and there’s room for each person to feel truly seen and heard.
This February, Pachamama Sanctuary invites you to experience a more personal retreat, limited to a maximum of just 16 guests.
Nestled in the peaceful woodlands of Casco, Maine, our Sanctuary offers a welcoming refuge from the demands of everyday life. Here, you’ll have three days to step away from familiar routines, reconnect with yourself, and share meaningful moments with a close-knit community.
Guided by our experienced Medicine Carrier, Arkawa, this retreat is held with humility, patience, and deep respect for the traditions that guide this sacred work.
Arkawa is known for his calm, grounded presence and thoughtful approach to ceremony. Rather than guiding guests toward a particular outcome, he creates space for each person to explore their experience at their own pace, with openness and curiosity.
The smaller gathering allows for more personal connection with Arkawa and our support team, creating an environment where guests can feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable throughout the weekend.
As evening falls, ceremonies are held indoors beside the warmth of the fireplace.
Outside, the forest grows quiet. Inside, a small circle gathers around the fire, creating an atmosphere of closeness, reflection, and shared intention.
Just 16 guests. Two sacred ceremonies. Three days devoted to personal exploration and meaningful connection.
Your Retreat Includes
Two Sacred Ceremonies
At the heart of the weekend are two evening ayahuasca ceremonies guided by Arkawa.
With a maximum of 16 participants, the ceremonial space offers a quieter, more intimate atmosphere, allowing for greater individual attention and personal connection.
Each ceremony is approached with reverence, patience, and thoughtful care, creating space to turn inward, reflect, and explore your spiritual path.
Every experience is unique, and there is no expectation to achieve a particular outcome. You’re invited to move through the weekend at your own pace.
Comfortable Accommodations
Each guest is provided with a comfortable memory foam mattress, pillow, and blanket for ceremony and overnight rest.
For those seeking additional privacy, semi-private shared rooms with bunk-style beds are available.
With fewer guests sharing the Sanctuary, the atmosphere remains relaxed and personal, allowing everyone space to rest and feel at home.
Nourishing Meals
Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully prepared meals following traditional dieta practices.
Shared meals also create opportunities to connect with fellow guests, exchange stories, and enjoy the warmth of a close-knit community.
Practices for Reflection & Integration
Ceremony is only one part of the experience.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll participate in practices that encourage presence, reflection, and thoughtful integration, including:
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Group sharing circles
- Quiet time for journaling, rest, and personal reflection
With a smaller group, sharing circles feel more personal, conversations have room to deepen, and meaningful connections can develop naturally.
Continued Community Support
Your connection with Pachamama Sanctuary doesn’t end when the retreat concludes.
Every guest receives unlimited access to our online Integration Circles, offering continued opportunities to reflect, ask questions, and remain connected with our community.
The Beauty of a Smaller Circle
There is a different kind of connection that happens when just 16 people gather with shared intention.
The atmosphere feels quieter. Conversations become more personal. There’s more room to listen, to be heard, and to develop genuine connections with those around you.
This retreat is intentionally designed to feel personal from beginning to end.
Rather than navigating a large gathering, you’ll share the weekend with a close-knit circle, creating more opportunities for meaningful conversations, connection with Arkawa and our support team, and a sense of familiarity within the ceremonial space.
Every participant completes a confidential health screening before attending, and our team is committed to creating an environment rooted in compassion, respect, and genuine care.
Whether this is your first ceremony or you’re returning to continue your spiritual journey, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
Is This Retreat Right for You?
This intimate gathering may be especially meaningful if you’re looking to:
- Experience sacred ceremony in a smaller, more personal setting
- Connect more closely with your Medicine Carrier and fellow guests
- Step away from daily responsibilities and distractions
- Explore your spiritual path with openness and curiosity
- Spend meaningful time surrounded by nature
- Share space with a welcoming, heart-centered community
No previous experience is necessary.
Reserve Your Place in the Circle
Some experiences are meant to be shared in smaller circles.
Where there’s time to connect, space to reflect, and the comfort of being surrounded by people who have gathered with a shared intention.
Our February 19–21 retreat with Arkawa is limited to just 16 guests, offering a more intimate Pachamama experience than our larger gatherings.
Fewer people. More personal attention. Deeper opportunities for connection.
Come gather around the fire, embrace the peaceful surroundings, and give yourself permission to slow down and reconnect with what matters most.
Only 16 spaces are available. We’d be honored to welcome you.
